Building shelters! The school holidays are over! Back to school for day one of term 3 to have work! On the first day of school in CSNS we had to make little shelters out of 3 items for imaginary animals in groups of 7, it was a great start for the first day of term 3, here is the photo of my group’s shelter it is for a hamster. (by Chloe lim Scott du Eden motley Isaac Gregory Caleb lynch and Katie CH.)
That milk bottle at the top is so the hamster would have a cool fresh drink when it wants, we tested the shelter with real water, to see if the shelter were waterproof because who wants a flood in their house or a rotten foul smelling house? The other half of the milk bottle is for the water bowl, we made our shelter out of cardboard, rubbish bag and milk bottle we were allowed to use saws, hammers, tape, scissors and other stuff like that for an unlimited time or we would only be able to like stack items on top of each other how silly is that? We had fun and finished the shelter work off on day 2 the ending results were beautiful. see you next week for another blog post!
